This buyer is a complete scammer. Then when the item doesn’t arrive he harasses you. Does not offer a refund until eBay has to step in. Thank god for eBay but I am blocking this seller and yall should too. He refuses to send tracking numbers and continues to message even after eBay refunds

This TV purchase was in process and shipped, the buyer requested to cancel. We can only refund when the item is returned. They refused delivery, once the return was received, we immediately refunded this buyer, not eBay. The only communication was their request to cancel and to confirm their refund.
We always upload tracking numbers and communicate promptly for over 20 years.
