I am currently revamping my return policy to what is benefecial towards the buyer and myself. Shipping, materials, packing supplies and the cost of driving are steadily increasing. Please, know that I am a person, therefore you will get the personal touch. If there is a problem or something comes up, regardless of what my listing policy is, contact me and we will work somehting out. I will treat you the way I would want to be treated. I am ok to eat shipping, or loose money if it means a happy customer. Any retailer knows customer service is first! I dare not put this statement on my listings to keep away bidders who buy multiple items, and return some at the sellers expense, or wear items once and return them.
