I was asked if I still wanted it and the seller was kind enough to give me a credit. I appreciate the communication about expectations and the credit. It was overall a very good experience. The item beat out the competition prices, it was immediately shipped out and the packing and used was spot on. My item was in a bag carefully wrapped and sealed and then surrounded by packing paper and placed in a new box that exactly fit the item.
