I am happy to have received my pattern and booklet. It is printed in a good weight paper and instructions are printed in a booklet. Sonny was very supportive when delays were experienced and she was able to get my order back on track. The delivery company had a very confusing tracking system and no doubt causes the supplier a lot of effort.

You have been a wonderful Customer, very patient and understanding as the courier had a technical fault with the crate in transit causing a delay.The paper we use is 50gsm, thinner than normal 80gsm Copier paper, so I help that gives you an idea of the paper we use, and YES it is quality, we searched worldwide for it, took us months to find it.
