Disappointed with this seller. Product was excellent, until it wasn't. Shortly after buying a watch strap it fell apart. I made SEVERAL attempts to contact the seller and ZERO response. I purchased another one, and of course it was shipped no problem - Ignored my messages. Affordable product but bad customer service.

We sent the buyer a brand new strap and the buyer sent us a photo of used strap (you can tell from the photo, the strap in the photo was heavily used at least more than a year) and ask for a replacement strap of refund.

I like the look. It’s definitely not made by Horween but then again it would be 10x more probably if it was. Please offer another option other than USPS for shipping. I’d like to buy but I’ve had really bad experiences using USPS and will not buy any goods that are expensive where USPS going forward.
