You can expect the same treatment for your shipment whether it's a $5 item or $1000 item. Every item we ship is protected and packaged carefully. Programs and Yearbooks are shipped with a backing board in a magazine sleeve protected by cardboard on the outside. Ticket stubs are shipped with rigid outer protection. Shipping is generally within 24 hours of payment.

We don't offer returns as our items are fully described with as much detail as possible with photos of every item sold. We do make mistakes and will work with anyone who has a problem with an item we described incorrectly.
