I have no idea what happened. It took five days and an email from me for this seller to supposedly ship these shoes. Several days later, I received an email stating that the shoes are not actually in excellent condition, and asked if I would like a refund. I emailed back saying Yes, please issue me a refund...but I was/am confused whether they ever actually shipped. And, no answer from the seller. I also have not received the refund, nor the shoes. This experience has been horrible.
