I ordered two $170 easels, and immediately after ordering, I discovered that I had ordered the small instead of the large. I wrote to request a cancellation so I could reorder the right size. I got a message several days later that they can't guarantee that they can change it.
Please, please save yourself the the nightmare of doing business with a seller that cant be bothered with communication with their customers.

Rollator was damaged on arrival although shipping box was fine. One of the wheels did not work properly as the wheel brake metal was bent at an angle & appeared used. This made it too dangerous to use. I inquired about a return and was put off for four days until I finally escalated to eBay. After I finally got the return approved, and they received it, they did not actually issue a refund until I escalated again to eBay. I would not buy from this seller. I should have read previous feedback.

I have contacted the seller two times with no resolution On may 2nd I ordered a jade scrub pants size small. On May 8thI received size XL. I contacted the seller and on May 9th I received a form letter. I againcontacted the seller and on May 14th recived another form letter. I would now like a refund. I am a good ebay client and am very disapointed in this transaction.
