I have been involved with Photography and Camera equipment for the last 40 years,
mostly in Europe and lately in America. I am not a collector but a practitioner. My focus is on Photographic Fine Art,
of which fine cameras are an essential part.My equipment has been put together by me by integrating the best of Analog with the best of Digital ; a custom synergetic fusion of Sigma digital cameras and Leica Apochromatic lenses. Nevertheless I continue to use medium size format film on Linhof camera bodies,
also customized by me,
for Super Wide Angle,
Panoramic Photography.
I only buy and resell items that are described as to be in good condition,
by their sellers and to my own assessment. I particularly deal on Leica,

My NON Return Policy
I am a seller that has chosen NOT to offer a return policy,instead, to increase the appeal of my listings,I carefully purchase selected camera components from listings on eBay,and put together Hard to Find, Unusual Outfits.Therefore most of my listings are traceable to their sources and their stated physical condition and serial numbers could be ussualy determinable , accessible on eBay records. I only buy and resell items that are described as to be in good condition,by their sellers and to my own assessment. However their condition, as in any old used item ,is allways unknown, as each mechanical part, that makes up a camera or lens,has a finite number of cycles that it could go trough before failure. In a 20 year old camera this factor is undeterminable ,making it impossible for anyone to infer a realistic assessment of functionality, capable of leading to a warranty.I only deal with camera gear on average 30 years old and,for that reason,I refuse implied warranties as unrealistic.

Shipping information
I try to ship the same day the payment funds are in my account, if possible ,if not the next available buissines day. My shipping charges iINCLUDE INSURANCE for the amount of the sale and I provide tracking numbers. The carrier I use will vary depending on destination . International buyers are responsable for Customs duties and any Custom procedure or fees. It is also up to the buyer to make sure that the item they intend to bid on is allowed by their countries Customs Regulations.

Why do I have such a Policy
My Non Return Policy is really a protection from unscrupulous, mischievous, people that buy cameras on eBay, only to swap parts on them, before returning them for a refund, therefore improving their personal collection, at the seller’s expense. It should not offend you, unless you are one of them. These people are easily detected on the Feedback forum as they tend to use strong, defamatory, language that stands out in red, clearly dissonant from the general overall tenor of the Forum, as their only intention is to hurt.
So how can I buy confidently with such a policy?
By carefully looking at the Feedback given by buyers and sellers, that have detected sufficient knowledge and character in my listings , as to allow them to make informed purchase decisions and whose satisfaction has been high enough to motivate them to willingly and voluntarily express themselves , publicly, leaving positive feedback on their shopping experience, for the benefit of others, like you .
If that is not enough please notice that ,because of my good standing as a Seller ,my listings carry a PayPal Buyer Protection of up to US $2000 clearly displayed next to the Seller details.
