The item ordered was not equipment, which is what we thought from its description. It was just an expensive case, but the seller managed to cancel the order & delivery so that we received a full refund soon afterwards. Communication was touchy at first, but improved once we used their telephone numbers, though there were some long waits on one number. The phone numbers involved were 832-365-4567 and (281) 738-1180.
