Definitely has made a difference for me
Recommended by second opinion ortho surgeon several years ago. I was having knee issues and surgery was in my future. I have taken ever since the recommendation, didn't have the surgery the first ortho recommended, and now, as I approach 70 years old, I have no problems with the knee. I wouldn't consider NOT taking it.
