While I have been building and selling computers for quite some time, I have recently decided to merge onto the internet. I started fixing computers in 2002 and began custom-building machines for clients in 2005.

PayPal is the preferred means of payment. If you do not have PayPal, you may pay via credit card directly into my merchant account without having to setup your own PayPal account. You may do this through eBay at the end of the auction. PLEASE NOTE: I will not ship the item until the payment(s) have cleared. For those who wish to pay with cashier's checks or money orders, this may require extra time. I will not ship the item until the funds have been confirmed and cleared. For this reason, I highly advise that you do not use cashier's checks or money orders. In the unlikely event that an error in payment occurs, please notify me immediately. If there is a problem, we will work together to straighten it out. Under no circumstances will I act as a middle-man in extracurricular transactions. Any payment above the total amount will be returned to the account from which the payment originated. These policies are for the benefit of both parties.

I will ship an item to any buyer, in any country that is not currently sanctioned by the United States of America. Insurance on all shipments is optional but is highly recommended. I do not charge a handling fee for shipments inside the United States, although I do charge a fifteen (15) dollar handling fee for international shipments. The buyer is responsible for all international exportation fees, duties, and taxes. Your estimated shipping cost may be obtained using the shipping calculator (please note that it will be an estimate, not a guarantee). I do not mark up the shipping costs whatsoever.

If you bid on an auction of mine, you are entering a binding contract to purchase it should you win the auction. Once you have won the auction, you are required to pay for the item. Returns are allowed during the first seven (7) days after you receive the product. The price of shipping and of any software will be subtracted from your refund as well as a ten percent (10%) re-listing fee. If the item is damaged or dead on arrival, you may take up your claim with UPS (assuming you purchased shipping insurance), but you may not return it. If, for some reason, your included installation media (if any) is malfunctioning, I will exchange it free of charge.

Should you win an auction of mine auction, the software that comes with/on the item is legally yours. Should you return your item, you retain possession of the software rights and media and will be billed accordingly.
