Shipping information
Wow. Shipping is so expensive! I never charge handling, but I have many times sold myself short on shipping and have gone in the hole by under-charging. I need to do better about charging enough to cover my shipping expenses. However, if I over-charge, I am willing to refund to my buyers.
Return policy
I consider returns on a case by case basis by determining what the situation is, what the best form of action is for the buyer and myself, and I just try to do what's right.
