Seller has been unresponsive to cancelling my order even though the item hasn’t shipped. No wonder why they have a 33% eBay rating. I will have to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge now. Future buyers shouldn’t buy anything from this seller. If the item is not 100% Genuine Yamaha from the factory then I will report the item and seller to eBay as counterfeit. I will win the dispute if any with AMX and eventually get my refund.

I purchased a size S helmet in which the original labelling had been removed but a S sticker used, I had previously purchased a size M with original labelling intact. Both helmets same size. The seller asks that I revise my feedback as he states the product ships direct from factory. The on-seller is also held accountable for the product. They cannot plead ignorance to receive positive feedback. I still have the wrong size helmet. Just realised Item is not DOT approved, no sticker. :-(
