We do all our Domestic shipping via UPS. After shipment is made you will receive an email with the UPS tracking #. For address where UPS cannot deliver we will use the Postal Service and ship via Priority Mail with Signature confirmation. All International orders are shipped via FedEx. After shipment is made you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking #. Shipping & Insurance charges vary between items. All charges are clearly stated on each of our listings.

You may return any unused item in its original packaging, within 14 days, for a full refund (excluding S/H & Insurance charges). All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization #. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RMA # is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
