I usually ship items within 48 hours after sale. Exceptions would be if I am on vacation and/or do not have access to my inventory or computer (for dropshipping)

Return policy depends upon item. The Majority of items have at least a 30 days return policy from myself and the manufacturer usually has a longer warranty.
