We established Wholesale Closeout Liquidators as of July 1st, 2007. However the store and it's suppliers were an ongoing business since 2003. Most of the liquidation items we buy are either closeout inventory or return items from major retail outlets. If we auction a return item, we are very careful to inspect and list any defects with those items on those particular item listings. However at least 70 percent of our listings are often shelf demos or even brand new in the manufacturer's box.

We process all payments though Paypal, excepting VISA, Master Card, DISCOVER, AMEX and eCheck verified via PayPal. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT WESTERN UNION SENT DIRECT!!! Full payment is due with-in 2 business days (48 hours) of the closed auction time and date. All non-payers will result in a -Nonpayment Report Action- to eBay administrative and will reflect negatively on your account or possibly place it in suspension due to repetitive negligence on your behalf of prior eBay biddings. We at Wholesale Closeout Liquidators, Inc. are not responsible for your cumulative negative feed-back ratings and/or non-payment reflection that may suspend your account on eBay as our reporting of non-payment or transmission of feedback or negotiations thereof are in direct interest of our ability to sell and trade with-in Ebay's Terms of Service. We hold no entitlement to the Ebay Terms of Service other than our own ability to abide by it.

All shipping is via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified in the listings. Common carrier, LTL may be listed as well as Pick Up Only listings. Please read very carefully of our listings as same items listed may vary depending on quantity, weight & dimensions!

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, repackaging and sending the item back to us in the same recorded and photographed condition that we have shipped said item to the consignee.

Please contact us via eBay's email client. We try to answer all emails with-in 24 hours or the current business day Mon - Friday (8am-6pm), we are closed on Dec. 24th & 25th and also closed from Dec. 29th - Jan. 1st. All shipping and email transactions will not occur on those specified days.
