Window & Door Resource has been in business since 1996. Our usual customers are lumberyards and retailers. This outlet store was created so we can offer first quality items direct to the consumer at wholesale prices.

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks (Please note that when paying by personal check there will be an added two week lead time to any purchases in order for your check to clear our bank)

Shipping options include residential, commercial, pick-up at the carriers terminal, or for local customers you can pick your products up here in our warehouse located in Maple Plain, Minnesota. I include crating charges in all my listings. Crating charges are dependent on the size and number of pallets needed to ship your order. Generally speaking these crating charges can run between $25.00 and $200.00 dollars. Average residential shipping charges within the lower 48 states runs approximately $450.00 up to 1000lb however choosing to pick your product up at the carriers terminal runs around $250.00. All my listings include a freight calculator. You can choose commercial place of business with a loading dock within this calculator to view your freight costs for a pick-up at the terminal.

Items can only be returned in salable condition if we did not build your doors to your specifications. Product needs to be returned within 7 business days of receipt. We will then replace product or refund your payment. Please inspect your crating and its content before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL). By signing the BOL, you have agreed that product was received in good condition. If you are unable to inspect product for damage, note on the BOL that you are signing on the contingency that product is in good condition. Any and all freight claims are the responsibility of the consignee.
