This was listed as “new” it was reboxed and open when I received it. There was extensive damage to the product, I will say some is possible to have occurred in shipping, which is not the sellers faults however some was very much present prior to being shipped. After a month of back and forth we agreed to a $25 refund, I did receive a refund of $24.12. The seller had one kit left, I asked about exchange or sending me the damaged parts, apparently that kit was missing pieces, it’s still listed.

Excellent! 3 weeks shipping from China to Rocky Mts USA. Soon after I submitted my order they contacted me with a note with contact info, and to let them know about any problems. Model kit was packed in styrofoam, and then wrapped in plastic before shipping! Really outstanding - buy from them with confidence.
