I have been collecting Hallmark ornaments since 2001. I have acquired numerous ornaments, both new and old... mint and worn! The ornaments I sell are in a variety of conditions. Some have been purchased on eBay from other sellers and are now being resold. Others are from my personal collection and are in very fine condition. I sell all items AS IS and never use stock photos for auctions. I try to be as descriptive, honest, and upfront as possible regarding any item up for auction. If you have any questions whatsoever please don't hesitate to contact me.

PayPal is the preferred payment method for any items I sell. It's easy to sign up! You just have to have an e-mail address and a checking account or credit card! Payment is required within three days of the end of auction. The ONLY exception is if you are waiting on other auctions to end. If this is the case, please contact me so your item is not relisted or sold as a second chance offer.

I will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless an upgrade to Express Mail is selected. Please note that a small charge for shipping supplies and gas to get to the post office have been included in the shipping charge. On some items insurance is also included in the shipping price, but that will always be noted in the item description. I will combine shipping for multiple items won or purchased within a 5 day period. IF you are bidding on multiple items please hold off on paying until all auctions are completed. Otherwise I will ship within 36 hours of receiving payment (with the exception of Sundays and postal holidays).

Items for sale are all photographed extensively prior to selling and those photos will be posted. Please be aware that the item(s) you buy may not be returned simply because you changed your mind. My general return policy is for no returns. However, if you feel the item was not properly described, the item does not match that which was photographed, or the item was substantially damaged during shipment please contact me and we will discuss the matter.

I may be contacted at any time through eBay. I check my e-mail regularly (multiple times a day, everyday) and will respond to any question as soon as I can.
