I received the item in as described condition. Well packaged and prompt shipping. Like new good condition. But unfortunately I didn't receive the better charger, but please note, in the seller description, it did state that I could receive either one. No issues, this is a great deal for the price. I'm usually reluctant to leave feedback for a seller who doesn't leave it first, as MY end has been satisfied properly, and I would EXPECT POSITIVE IMMEDIATELY, but that being said this seller made an HONEST mistake and rectified the issue immediately.I'm VERY happy so far as the communication has been excellent, and I see why they have a 100% rating.I'm leaving this prematurely as I HOPE my issue will be settled promptly, but I have NO FEAR, as BOTH eBay AND the seller are AWESOME!

The item and contents arrived new as advertised.. Instructions were faithfully included. I have not plugged anything in yet. I assume it will work as this is a good brand and one of the better ones in the line. I particularly like the charge status of the batteries so you know when to recharge.
