Great product but disappointingly received the item not as described. Was told it's practically new and the pictures looked as such. Receiving it, there were notable defects that were not pictured. Disappointing considering there was a cheaper alternative I could have gone for!

Never received negative feedback prior to this. My listings include not only detailed pictures, but also VIDEO. Even though I don't offer returns, I agree to make an exception and accept them item back from the buyer. Buyer paid less for this item, than every other example listed on eBay. The complaint that the buyer had, was an imperfection in the manufactures process, not damage that we could control. I tried my best, but buyer wanted a discount on an already drastically discounted item.
