Well-Appointed is in the business of exclusive home design and interior decorating. We handle all phases, from foundation to finish. Just recently we have started to offer our fabulous antiques, architectual elements, reproduction pieces, and design elements online.
Payment policy
Currently Payment can only be made through PayPal. Additional payment methods will be available in the future.
Shipping and Handling is noted as a flat rate and is paid by the buyer. Our flat shipping fee for each item is an estimate based on similar sized items previously shipped. The actual cost may differ due to multiple item purchases or rates. If in the instance our estimate is $10 or higher than the actual shipping cost we will notify you by email and send you the difference by check in the mail. Shipping information
Buyer is responsible of payment for shipping, packing and insurance. Insurance is required on all purchase and is included in S&H flat fee. We ship through UPS. We will be as quickly as possible. We usually take sold goods to our shipper within five days of closing the sale and receiving payment. Monies must clear before shipping. During very busy times it could be up to eighteen days after we receive money before items are shipped. If an item is out of stock, it may take up to 8 weeks. In this rare instance we will give you the option to cancel your purchase. Shipping costs are listed on most ads on Ebay, so that you can consider this cost when you are bidding. All of our items are Professionally Packed to assure your item is delivered with the smallest possibility of damage. Insurance claims are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Return policy
All sales are final, ask all questions prior to bidding. However insurance is paid for on each item, therefore, if in the instance the item is damaged at shipping the shipping company will be responsible for providing a suitable solution. Please check all items for damage once they have been delivered.
