Your furniture is packed in manufacturer’s original package and will be palletized to prevent damage during transport. Smaller packages are usually shipped by FedEx Ground. Large items are shipped by trucking companies. The trucking companies will normally call you before the shipping date when you need to prepare to receive the item. Shipping price being offered in these auctions is for curbside delivery only. It does not include bringing inside your house, unpacking, assembling and cleaning up. In some cases, truck driver needs your help to unload your furniture.

We strong suggest you ask all the questions before you bid or purchase. In case you do not like the merchandise in any way, just contact us to get a written RMA and return the merchandise in its original package to us and you will be refunded the total payment less the shipping and handling charges.
