Shipping information
We ship the SAME DAY cleared payment is received!! That's right: if we receive cleared payment by noon pacific M-Sa, we ship it out the SAME DAY (Sundays and USPS holidays excepted). In fact, we usually ship the same day when cleared payment is received by 3pm, but we commit to doing so by noon. We use only recycled and recyclable materials for shipping. We only use bubble wrap and styrofoam when necessary, in which case it is reused whenever possible. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping for multiple purchases - email us your zip code and the items in which you are interested and we'll send you a shipping quote.

Return policy
Returns accepted for merchandise that is substantially not as represented if we are contacted up to 7 days after receipt (receipt determined by Delivery Confirmation from carrier). Returns not accepted for merchandise damaged in shipping by carrier - please contact carrier for applicable insurance claim, if purchased. Please contact us in advance to arrange for return at Buyer's expense.
