The seller did A O K It came today Dec. 11 They did everything right. The problem was the Post office They sent it to wrong post offices. The last time I called the local post office The lady was nasty. I gave her the shipping number . She told me that it was put in my mail box , with the time and date. The problem was way too big to fit in box, And she said it weighed 3 oz. And the address was my Granddaughter down the road. She didn’t order anything But got a pair of kids socks from Chin

Worst eBay shopping experience thus far. Aside being delivered so late the price dropped literally three separate times. They reluctantly hinted at refunding the difference after complaining, which they did not .I tried to cancel the order several times only to receive delayed responses in broken English. Decent product, lousy customer service and terrible shipping/delivery process.

The pictures displaying the product are INACCURATE. They show TORX screws and not the ALAN screws that are sent. I've tried to contact the seller over and over to no avail. I've let them know that I had WANTED what the picture shows. I've had NO RESPONSE at all. It has now COST me another $10.78 to convert to the type I PREFER. A refund for that amount would be fair, but that request is being ignored also. I'm leaving NEUTRAL vs NEGATIVE, even though at this time I prefer NEGATIVE. NO RESPONSE.
