We have always sold used motorcycles and parts, and probably always will.

We have a good relationship with UPS. They're reliable, fast, and friendly. I've never seen so many smiles. We prefer to ship UPS ground as it usually arrives in 3 to 4 days anyway [US].

Used parts can NOT be returned. Most auctions can not be returned. Refunds are at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any refund request. We can't refund shipping costs even if we wanted to - it's third party. We apologize, but returns are a constant source of fraud, misunderstandings, and angst from customers. We've decided to stop doing them. PLEASE KNOW YOUR BIKE. Call the dealer. Order the right things, or delay ordering until you can confirm with either a dealer or our parts deparment (1-800-328-8810) that you're getting the right thing!
