About

I have been buying and selling on eBay for a loooong time. :) It is very fun, and I mostly sell for my own enjoyment and to make a few extra spending bucks.

Not worth the frustration, constantly has errors, wastes many labels
The idea is great - an affordable thermal printer to save money on ink/toner, small sized printer, very basic and easy to use. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but trouble with mine. It's great when it's working, but it randomly just starts having problems. If you are savvy enough to be able to get it figured out without tech support, then it's a great deal. But if you are just an average Joe/Jane, then it will cause more frustration than it is worth. The drivers are outdated. Whenever it has an error, it is hard to figure out how to fix it and it ALWAYS includes wasting at least 50-100 labels as it cycles. It is very frustrating. I originally bought 1000 labels and ran out long before I had shipped that many packages (more like 500, the rest of the labels were wasted as it printed out code during reboots). And it is random when it decides to have an error - right in the middle of a print job, or I will print several jobs during the day and then it will start having problems half way through the day. Overall, I wish I would have just saved a little longer and bought a Dymo rather than a refurbished Zebra, since that is what I am going to have to do anyways.
