Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. When paying with PayPal the address there needs to state, Verified! This is very, very IMPORTANT!! All express orders received before 1:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1:00 PM CST are shipped the next business day. There is no shipping on holidays and weekends. Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship via Next Day air only June through mid October. Fruit gifts and cookies are express shipping only all year. Ground service is not an option on fruit and cookies. Shipping to Canada is offered through the USPS and the pricing is included in the price list. We also offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee. Prices are by quote only to Alaska and Hawaii but typically run 12.50 to 25.00 more than standard ground.

Item must be returned in it's original packaging with all contents. A refund or exchange will be given once we receive the item back, inspected and a restocking fee of 20% may be charged. Please contact me by email and I will take care of the matter. Also, keep in mind that we do our very best and only have your interest at heart. Returning a empty basket of wrappers is unacceptable! So, please notify me before the 3rd day for arrangements.
