The WHS Images digital lab produces quality giclée print reproductions made from high resolution scans of original photo negatives and prints from the Wisconsin Historical Society Archives. Custom orders are printed on matte or semi-gloss papers using large format printers and archival pigmented inks. All print sale proceeds directly benefit the acquisition, preservation and maintenance of the physical and online collections.

We accept secure credit card payment with PayPal. Please do not send personal checks. All orders are processed within two business days upon receipt of payment.

Prints are shipped in protective packaging with a S&H charge of $5.00 to US destinations. Shipping discounts are available for multiple item orders and International shipments are available by special quotation.

Most images in our online collections have been digitized on a flatbed scanner at 400 ppi at 8 x 10 inches. Oversized items are scanned with a digital back mounted to a 4 x 5 camera. Scans are color corrected in the Adobe RGB 1998 color working space with levels, curve and saturation adjustments. We produce quality prints and take care to provide a detailed description and accurate representation for each item in our store.
