Listing had the product location in Wisconsin, but it was drop-shipped from New York. "Shipping Partner" held the item for 4 days before delivering it to the USPS. Once it was given to the P.O. it arrived fairly quickly, but this shows mis-information about the Seller and their merch! Have not tried the adapter yet, but it was well-packaged and seems to be in good condition and matches the listing image.
