All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I am a mom and I truly like to help people. I was raised by the golden rule and am trying to teach that to my child. eBay experiences have shown me both sides of the coin and I would rather be head's up. Good thoughts to all.

InterestsTips to new buyers
If the price of the item is low, check the shipping price. It is usually high or not stated. Ask the seller about their s/h policy before you bid. Ask if they combine shipping also, that can save a lot of money. If the deal looks too good look into it further. Ask questions! If the seller doesn't answer you back, don't take the risk of getting hit with a big shipping fee. Follow up with sellers in a prompt manner when you win an item. especially if you intend on bidding on several of their things. Try to get combined shipping and multiple items when you can. It is a good better deal and makes it easier on the seller. Most sellers state in their policies that they will combine and I would think if it caused too much trouble none of the sellers would do it. Most things you see on eBay are not a once in a lifetime deal. Don't feel like you have to win that item or you will never have a chance again.

Selling on ebay
I have been selling on ebay for a while now and have learned a few things. #1 research your item. Has it been selling in the past few months? Why have some listings done well and others not? Look at the completed listings for your item(s) #2. Know your product. It helps to be able to answer questions potential customers have. #3. Take good pictures. I think that this has made the biggest difference in my listings, especially things that customers are looking for details. #4 Answer questions in a timely manner and with honest answers. Don't try and hide flaws in the product. #5 Which goes along with #4 BE HONEST. follow the golden rule. How would you feel on the other end of this transaction. Both parties should be satisfied to make a successful sale.
