On eBay wii can only accept Paypal but on my other sites I accept money orders, personal checks, AlertPay, and amazon checkout. If you live in the Modesto, California area you can arrange to pick up your purchases from my mail/parcel center to avoid shipping costs.

I primarily use the USPS and FedEx, but also have an account with UPS. I offer all the possible speeds of delivery.

If your item is damaged or lost in shipping then it is the responsibility of the buyer to have purchased insurance. We will work with you and your shipper to expedite your claim. If your item is defective then email us for a return authorization. Buyer's remorse is not a reason for requesting a return. If you've purchased a personalized book or other gift and we make a mistake in spelling then we will replace the item and no cost to the buyer. If the buyer makes a mistake in spelling we will provide a replacement book for a cost of $2.00 plus $2.95 shipping.
