I try to ship everything in a timely manner. Generally I ship within 36 hours. I own a retail business that requires me to work extra during October through December. If I can't ship within 36 hours I will notify you. Shipping charges within the US include delivery confirmation so that packages can be tracked through www.USPS.com. I try to be accurate with my shipping charges. If there is a discrepancy of more than 50 cents on items that do not have flat shipping I will issue a refund.
