Business InformationPayment policy
I prefer payments made through PayPal; however, I will accept personal or business checks drawn on U.S. funds (though it will delay shipment until your funds clear), domestic U.S. money orders and international postal money orders (again, shipment will be delayed until your funds clear), or U.S. cash (though I do not recommend sending cash through the mail, and I will not be held responsible if it is lost or stolen; cash should only be used for in-person payments).
Shipping information
If you use PayPal and have a confirmed shipping address there, that is the address to which I will send your order. If that is not your preferred address, please confirm a new address prior to the close of the auction.
I prefer to ship via FedEx. Alternately, I can also ship via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. For shipments to P.O. boxes, I can only use USPS. DHL provides terrible service here, and I will only use it to ship internationally if that is the best option for you.
I do not charge extra for shipping, so if you receive better shipping rates, you can contact me for instructions on send me your own label by e-mail. Note that due to potential for fraud, items that sell for over $75 USD cannot be shipped with your own label. However, contact me, and we might be able to use your shipping account number and still qualify for your discounted shipping rates.
If you are bidding on multiple items sold by me, I will be happy to consolidate shipments upon request.
Return policy
If an items is sold “AS-IS” or “ALL SALES FINAL”, then you may not return the item for a refund.
I am happy to replace (if possible) or refund items returned to me (at your expense, unless D.O.A.) for any reason.
You must contact me for authorization before returning any item. Unauthorized items will be refused and not refunded.
Returned items must be in resealable condition. If the item is not in comparable condition to how it was shipped by me, I may deduct an amount from your refund comparable to the value I feel was lost due to the damage or wear suffered. Be sure to return ALL accessories, manuals, registration or warranty cards, plastic bags, fasteners, and packing material. Items returned without barcodes, proofs of purchase, registration or warranty cards, or rebate redemption certificates (if applicable) are not eligible for any refund. Neither are items that are returned with different serial numbers, model numbers, manufacturing dates, or other identifying marks.
