Very pleased...something you won't hear me say too often! Appears to be very well made and comfortable. Reasonably priced too. If I had one con, is that I wish they would be shipped in a box and not a poly bag. I live in a condo with tiny row-like mailboxes and the postman loves to cram as many of these poly bags as will fit, with no concern. Lucky I caught him when they arrived and I took it directly from him. Fast shipping. I'd highly recommend this Seller.

Ordered US size 10 boot for husband 4/19 - total cost $46.92. Package shipped from Hebron, KY; received 4/22. Poor packaging = damaged boots plus they're over 2" too big (marked China size 45). Was going to return boots BUT have to purchase shipping label to return them to Shanghai, China (non-reimbursable cost of $30 or more) AND wait for refund until company receives package! Pay more $$ to return & who knows if I'll ever get my refund?? NO THANKS... will NOT order from this company again!
