Seller was helpful, responded to questions, and the item arrived as described before the delivery estimate. Price was good for what was shipped. There was some cosmetic damage due to items being haphazardly placed in the box with no wrapping/ padding, but that's a hazard of used items. I also had to find the manual online, but everything is assembled and working. Would do business with this seller again.

When I received the humidifier it was new in the box, everything that was in the description, unfortunately the product had a defect which the seller wouldn’t have known. I was able to get a refund and reorder another one and it ended up working.
