Terrible customer service. I messaged the seller worried my package wasn’t delivered even though it said it was and when I told them their response was just “well I shipped it” I then replied that I hoped maybe it’s just delayed and I would get it soon. Then I instantly messaged them to tell them that my neighbor had taken it by mistake because they had the same name as the sender. Not even a response not only that they didn’t even package it in any type of protect and there is a scratch on it.
