Return policy
On individual basis. All Items are in working order when they leave here unless otherwise noted. If they arrive not working and were not listed as damaged or non-working they were either damaged in transit or by the receiver, we are honest people that would never knowingly try to steal or burn someone. However there are plenty people out there who try to make you pay for their mistakes or misuse and while the post office does make mistakes the majority of damage is caused by the buyer mishandling or misusing the product. And we know from experience that very few of them are willing to take responsibility for their own actions. However we ALWAYS WILL AND DO!

Gateway East Ferret Rescue
The Gateway East Ferret Rescue is privately funded through our pockets and the very special few that offer us a donation of their time and/or resources! We are always in need of items such as Bedding, Litter, Food, Medicines etc. Our Vet Dr.Staehle has been very good to us, but even he must eat. Currently we have 4 Babies with Adrenal Gland disease. They're surgeries cost $750.00 + meds. We have a couple with Insulinoma, a sweet little girl that is blind, and 17 DMK Ferrets. In October of 07 approx. 570 starving, cold, sick, and frightened Ferrets were surrendered to a Rescue Organization in Ohio, in the weeks that followed, I had the priviledge to not only watch but help participate as the ferret community of all North America became One with a single purpose; THE RESCUE, REHABILITATION, AND FINDING OF FOREVER HOMES for these DMK Farm Ferts. Today that work is ongoing as we try to place them. If you can't take one home, you could send a Paypal or paper check to us. We'd love you 4 it!
