What everyone should know about me
I am a wool lover ~ rug hooker, penny rug diva, and Punchneedle fein! Our rural town had a wool shop and artist, Lisa ~she introduced me to these three obsessions.Many wonderful evenings were spent with friends in the shop, hooking and stitching.

I started this account to sell WOOL and Wares, depleting inventory from our town's wool shop and my dear friend Lisa.

Shipping information
I ship quickly ~ mainly on Mon, Wed and Fri but that can change as payments are recieved. I print shipping labels on line and it speeds up the process, making it convenient to get your goods out to you quickly ~ I know I LOVE to get my stuff from eBay quickly and am mindful that you feel the same!

Return policy
If you ever have a true proble with something that I described wrongly, I will be glad to refund your money; unfortunately, postage is always an issue with refunds. I think it fair to subract half of the postage amount (from your refund) that I paid to mail an item to you the first time and you pay to mail it back, unless I absolutely made a big boo boo and sent you the wrong item :~) Hasn't happened yet, but ya never know! I'm sure we can reach a fair agreement, just communicate with me.
