I have been an avid collector my whole life. When I was young I acquired my Uncle’s stamp collection and my Father’s coin collection. I continued collecting stamps and coins for about 20 years and have built an especially nice stamp collection. I have always loved reading and also started collecting books early on. I started by belonging to several book clubs when I was young, but eventually graduated to collecting first editions. After many years I have built a large collection of signed and limited firsts, and have met several authors. I have so many books now and have so little room that I’ve decided to sell some of my collection as well as some of my stamps and coins. This way I can focus on fewer more complete author collections at higher values. I think I have a lot of desirable items and hope they can fill in gaps in another’s collection or just generally make someone else happy.
