Here in my small third world country of Rhode island which borders on the United States, my personal lifestye enjoys an increasing disconnect with popular culture. Pop culture is now part of 'bread and circus', the theory of the Roman Empire. They said, if you keep people fed and entertained, you can maintain order. But 'bread and circus' did not work for the Rome, Berlin, --and will not work for Wash. DC either. Taking away 'bread' and giving us more 'circus' is the next bright idea. This expecially can not work in a world conenctd by internet, wherein each individual can create their own music, art, and entertainment. US pop culture has reverted to trying to interest people in the misbehavior of celebrities, hoping to preoccupy people with jealousy and envy, which inhibits the new creativity. The forces of individual creativity are dissembling this old world. Therefore the more music and videos and videos you make, the better the world will become. Post and share.

My PayuPal account accepts only U$ dollars, so I ask for payments in that currency. I pay in any available currency of a seller's choice. I have taken bank checks and personal checks depending on the amount/destination of the item.

For the US and Canada I have maintained a standard rate, Mail rates are subject to change. The US Postal Service has been FUBAR for the last two years, but is just climbing out of that abyss, with excellent overseas service. For all other destinations besides US and Canada, tell me where and i will tell you cost. I discount shipping multiple item shipments. I appreciate any helpful information you can give me about shipping to your location, such as addressing, and how to fill out customs forms legibly, when to ship (some holidays are dfficult in the US -- Christmas, for example)

I have no hard and fast policy. Things have very rarely broken, or been lost. I make good on these, If someone has a comment or criticism of an instrument I sit up and listen. Once or twice this has resulted in design improvments. Some people really know what they are talking about. If a critic has been playing for three months, or not at all, I encourage them to practice.My policy is to make the player happy.
