I will not do business with sellers who attempt to make up profits through shipping cost, or with sellers who do not communicate.

I don't sell anything. So if you ever see items for sale under my name, please report it to Ebay Fraud.

PayPal. It leaves a direct paper trail. I will never send a personal check or money order. California sellers, I will NOT pay CA. sales tax unless you the seller post your County Business License (tax) number in your add, billing statement or provide verifiable information to me via email. I already contacted the CA. Franchise Tax Board regarding your responsibility, and the Board of Equalization.

UPS is a nightmare. Sellers should require signature for release to assure item gets to destination. I know UPS insures the first $100.00 in the cost of shipping and anything additional is on me. So don't try to charge me insurance if you use UPS and the item is less than $100. If you do, I'll report you to Ebay and PayPal fraud. I also know from personal experience UPS will do everything possible NOT to honor insurance regardless of item cost. A police report must be filed by the buyer. The buyer must give the seller the report number and department. The seller must then request a UPS trace the item, then after 10 days request the refund. UPS refunds the Seller and it's up to the Seller to refund the buyer.

SELLERS: If you misrepresent an item, or send it defective because you didn't bother to check to make sure it's fully operational, YOU will be held responsible to pay back all remitted funds, INCLUDING SHIPPING BOTH WAYS. I'm not paying for your screw-up buy covering your shipping cost. With this notice being posted; If a dispute is filed with PayPal, in the adjudication PayPal will sieze the shipping cost as part of the sale.
