With apologies to the Seller, I’m updating my original negative review, which pertained only to FedEx s failure to follow delivery instructions. Seller responded to my review, sincerely apologized for the shipping mishap, and offered a full refund, which I did not accept because I am totally delighted with this Wok! Great seller. I had some issues with fed ex saying my order was delivered and sending me the wrong tracking info and a picture of someone else's house. The seller assured me that fed ex made a mistake and that my item was still in tansit...they was correct and I received my item the next day and I am very satisfied. Would definitely buy from again.
