Shipping information
We hate to pay large shipping costs,so keep ours down, particularly for multiple purchases. We charge a small handling and supplies fee on the first item, then any item after that we only add the actual postage charge. If we don't break the next pound barrier, there is no additional charging. For media mail, in which we deal mostly, each additional pound costs you only 34 cents. The best way to save money wih our postage is to buy multiple item, as we give an excellent mulitple purchase discount.
Return policy
We try to describe everything to the best of our ability, but we're not perfect. We offer a full refund if there is a problem that is our fault. For lost packages, we will ask that we somehow split the cost, as we both lost money. Talk to us...we're easy!
