I purchased this to replace a dual mono subwoofer amp that went bad for our home theater. This is a really great amp. Programming is easy with the software through a PC and connected via USB. You can use REW software to figure out the correct settings for the amp. One caveat, the fan is rather loud. It is fine if it is not in your listening room, as ours is, but otherwise be forewarned. I have seen where you can replace the fan with a quieter one, but you will void your warranty in doing so, I'm sure. If you are using for professional sound reinforcement, this will be moot and the amp will be well suited for that, as it's designed.
