Payment policy
Confirmed Paypal Payments are the preferred payment method. We also accept money orders and certified cashiers checks. We are also able to process credit card transactions directly via our Paypal merchant services. Personal checks are accepted but their associated order is not processed as paid until the check clears.
Shipping information
Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. The vast majority of items are shipped via Standard Shipping (a 6-10 business day service). While most Standard Ship items can be upgraded to Expedited Shipping (a 3-4 business day service) or Express/Overnight Shipping (a 1-2 business day service) for quicker delivery, some items must be delivered via Ground Shipping and cannot be upgraded. Please refer to each item's listing for that item's available shipping options.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders lost in transit by the carrier cannot be reimbursed if shipping insurance was not chosen. Please pay the optional insurance charges in order to guarantee the value of the contents of your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the S&H and are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pick up your package at your local post office in order to accept the package and potential charges. Contact your local post office for details.
Return policy
30-Day Money Back Return Policy. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt to receive money back or store credit. Each case is handled separately with the satisfaction of the customer as the number one priority. If you have a problem with any part of your order, please contact us to resolve the issue. Please keep this in mind before leaving negative feedback; otherwise we will not be obligated to satisfy an unsatisfiable customer. Only legitimate cases will be heard with regard to the satisfaction to which the item matches the item description or in cases of manufacturer’s defect. Personalized products cannot be returned unless due to manufacturer defect. In most cases, S&H charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. In this case, we may pay for the return shipping, as well as crediting the original s&h charges along with your refund or exchange.
