I am a full-time marketing education teacher for a local high school, and am heavily involved with educating young people about marketing today. As such I have also opened an online business on the side, which employes 4 people on a part-time basis!

I began this online-based business about 5 years ago, and it's steadily grown to a point where I employ 3-4 part-time employees at any given time. They help with packaging and shipping, primarily, as well as other tasks we need taken care of, in support of this small operation.
Payment policy
We accept PayPal payments and, despite EBay not liking for us to do so, we also accept well-concealed cash, as long as the senders make SURE that its very well hidden from view outside of their envelopes. We also accept personal checks, but will hold them for about 7 business days, first, to ensure the clearance of funds, before we'll ship any merchandise the checks are for.
Shipping information
We normally ship everything through USPS, and without Delivery Confirmation tracking abilities, unless our buyers request and pay for that additional service. In the vast majority of cases, to help keep the total charges down for our customers, we also ship using the slowest means available, and thus lower our total costs to do business with people. People wishing their packages be shipped through swifter means should request and be willing to pay for such upgrades.
Return policy
We will accept returns in the vast majority of cases. However, for simple returns without an exchange happening, we can only give a partial refund. Such a refund would be given after our initial LIST and SELL fees have been deducted, as well as the 1-way shipping costs we pay to ship the goods to you. This is so that we lose no funds for something we shipped as promised, photographed, and described in writing within our auctions. In cases where we need to exchange defective merchandise, we will do so readily. Customers simply need to return their defective goods through the cheapest means possible through USPS, and include a return shipping address, and note explaining why the exchange is being requested. We will then send the replacement item immediately, and will include a FULL reimbursement check for the cheapest return shipping through USPS, so that the customer won't pay anything to make this exchange happen, in the end.
