Payment policy
We accept Paypal only. Through Paypal, you may send us payment using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal echeck, and instant transfer. We use our store checkout for the majority of ebay purchases. If you have not received a paid confirmation receipt email from Paypal, then your payment has not been finalized.
Shipping information
We will ship only to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
1.Buyer Pays all Shipping costs.
2. Please allow at least 5 business days for processing time after payment has been received and cleared before anticipation of shipment regardless of your preferred shipping method. We are also a major wholesale company so we can not anticipate what our current workload is. This does not mean that your item will arrive within 5 business days. It means it that we will try to ship within 5 business days. Every so often our super warehouse team has an adrenaline rush and your item will arrive even faster. We can not be held liable for actual shipping arrival times. If an item is delayed or if there is a stock issue, we will contact the buyer as soon as feasibly possible. The warehouse is not open during the weekends, so if your payment is not received before 2pm at business close Friday, your order will not begin processing until Monday morning.
Return policy
We believe in the products that we make and sell. If there is ever a gross defect in the item that you receive, we will gladly replace it.
You must email us within 24 hours of receipt of your item for a return authorization. Please include your ebay user name, transaction id, and the nature of the problem. After you have received authoriztion, simply mail it back to our shipping warehouse with your name, address, the problem, and auction item number.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee and we recommend buying insurance and delivery confirmation for your protection. We are not responsible for lost packages.
We will gladly replace the item after you have followed these simple instructions and we have received the defective product within 7 days of your email. Failure to abide by these rules will result in delay or denial of your request.
