Shipping information
I'll ship USPS Standard Mail within 2 days of receiving payment. Please contact me for other shipping methods before paying.
If you need something urgently, please contact me as soon as you can (before the auction ends, or before you place a bid), so we can figure out what's possible.
I ship in recycled boxes as much as possible, not just to keep shipping cost down, but especially to keep environmental costs down.
Return policy
Returns accepted for defective items within 7 days of receipt, IF
1) you purchased shipping insurance at checkout (I can't be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, unless packaging can be demonstrated to be inadequate), and
2) any significant or relevant defects were not listed in the item description, or not clearly visible in the item pictures, or if the item was not listed as 'as is', indicating a potential partial defective state of the item.
I typically would not accept unconditional returns in case of plain 'buyer's remorse' or 'accidental impulse buys', but if buyer is willing to accept responsibility for all the shipping fees (including return fees) and listing fees, I'm willing to consider your request.

I'm going with the basic assumption that you are a good person, and not out to cheat me, so, if you're honestly unhappy, and I can fix it, I will, especially if I'm the reason for your unhappiness.
My User ID
My eBay user name is actually my Chinese first name. I lived in China for a few years, and came to think of my Chinese name as my favorite 'nickname'. This is why I used it as my member name when I first registered on eBay. It 'means' something along the lines of 'civilized and well-educated', so it's obviously not a very apprioriate name for me, as it is way too flattering...! :-)
